Austin Oaks Hospital is a state of the art, 80 bed acute behavioral health facility located on a scenic 13 acre campus with mature heritage trees. The project was developed using LEAN project delivery, a form of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) designed to maximize value for the owner and minimize waste throughout the construction process. Design features include upgraded finishes, furniture, lighting, and millwork.
