The new 7,700 sq ft Ambulatory Surgery Center and Medical Office Building includes a comprehensive suite of facilities. The Surgery Center is equipped with four operating rooms, four pre op beds, twelve PACU beds, and additional support spaces. The Medical Office Building houses fourteen exam rooms, physician offices, a specialty procedure room, and a laboratory. Additionally, the project features a dedicated compounding pharmacy.
