The project entails the interior renovation of the 4th floor of an existing Medical Office Building to establish a new medical clinic for Capital Medical Clinic. The scope of work includes a waiting area with seating for 60, a reception area with 6 workstations, and 35 exam rooms. It also features 3 nurse stations, 18 provider and administrative offices, and an imaging department equipped for X Ray, Pulmonology, EKG, and Bone Density services. Additional elements include a laboratory with 5 draw stations, a staff lounge, a conference room, a roof terrace, and various support spaces.
