Plum Creek Surgery Center is a 7,000 square foot facility, with 5,600 square feet dedicated to the surgery center and 1,400 square feet reserved for future expansion. The building’s exterior features a three coat Portland cement plaster finish, powder coated aluminum “wood look” soffit panels, and limestone columns with alternating honed, bush hammered, and chopped faced finishes. The exterior glazing is ” SolarBlue ” with a distinctive “Dot Matrix” ceramic frit pattern. Inside, the layout includes a Patient Care Suite with five Pre Op Bays, four PACU Bays, and one Private PACU Bay, each with dedicated Nurse Stations. The Surgical Suite accommodates two Operating Rooms equipped with automatic hold open doors, overhead articulating surgery lights, and ceiling mounted piped in gas lines.
