Freestanding replacement facility for existing clinic consisting of approximately 8,600 sf. Program features separate areas for large animal clinic, large animal surgery, covered bovine treatment shelter, custom-built millwork “kitty condos” for viewing from waiting area and an intricate HVAC system specifically designed to control odors. The building’s orientation, massing, and detailing reflect the Hill Country vernacular prevalent throughout the community.
