Thrive Healthplex is a 50,000 square foot pre engineered building dedicated to fitness, therapy, and total body wellness. The main fitness area features free weights, cardio equipment, a multi purpose gym, a rock climbing wall, racquetball courts, and a transitional space for beginners and cardiac rehabilitation. The facility also includes a demonstration kitchen that offers educational classes to promote healthy living. The wellness center further integrates multidisciplinary medical office suites, outpatient services, and a wellness spa. Additional amenities include new conference spaces for hospital board and community meetings, an onsite juice and coffee bar, a daycare with an exterior playground, and a crushed granite walking path designed to connect users with nature.
