level Medical Office Building (MOB). The new freestanding ASC features four Operating Rooms, six private Pre Op patient rooms, nine PACU patient bays, a Sterile Processing Department, and associated support spaces. The two level MOB includes an elevator lobby, a shared break room on the second level with an outdoor patio, and public restrooms.
