The Austin Oaks Hospital is a state of the art 80 bed full service acute behavioral health hospital. It is situated on a beautiful 13 acre campus filled with large heritage trees. The project consists of a 43,400 sq. ft. main building and a separate 8,000 sq. ft. outpatient treatment building. The project was designed and constructed collaboratively using LEAN project delivery which is an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method focused on bringing value to the Owner and elimination of waste in all aspects of the project.
